Issue: The user cannot access the B1 share after a Windows update or getting a new PC.

Description:

The B1 share always uses guest logins. The most common issue is the user had upgraded or has a new laptop. To access the share, with IT approval and consent, the group policy needs to be updated on the users machine or on the domain.

Under edit group policy -> local policy -> Admin templates -> Lanman Workstation

enable insecure guest logins
