As per the documentation attached, please refer to the note on page 15 as per below.

(4) “Office 365" refers to subscription plans that include access to Office applications plus other productivity services that are enabled over the Internet (cloud services). For more details, refer to Microsoft’s Office 365 for business FAQ page.
Partners may be able to integrate SAP Business One with Office 365 through synchronization capabilities provided by Office365 or OneDrive, but it is the partner’s responsibility to make the right configurations following Microsoft’s documentation. As such, we do not consider Office 365 as a general platform for support.

In addition, SAP have a support note "3597945 - Drag and Drop function is not working with the New Outlook".  As identified in the solution, this is a system limitation - there is no mention of any future release where it may be going to be corrected at this point in time.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Scenario:
1. Open any form or document, for example: a Sales Order and then click the Attachments tab.
2. Drag an Email and drop it on the Attachments tab of this Sales Order.

Expected behavior:
The Email is dragged onto the document as an attachment.

Actual behavior:
The Email is not dragged into the Sales Order as an attachment.

Cause
System Limitation

Solution
This is a system limitation.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you have to use the "New Outlook" features, Outlook does provide the option to turn the features "On" and "Off" so depending on the frequency, you could switch between these modes as required, if that is workable.  Otherwise you are left with staying and working in one mode or the other with its limitations.

As always, please feel free to call and discuss should you have any further questions.
