When running DTW, logging information is stored in an Access database, held in the program folder eg. C:\<Program Files (32/64)\SAP\Data Transfer Workbench\dtw.mdb.
We need to confirm that the version of MS Access assigned with this file the same 32/64 bit assignment as the DTW application. Sometimes with Office365, this is not apparent for the file information. The best way to confirm is to do a search for "Access" in the search bar. This should find the shortcut and then by checking the properties of the shortcut, you should be able to confirm if this is pointing to the appropriate <program files> \ <program files x86> sub-folder. That should tell you if it would try to open the file using 32 bit or 64bit and whether this is compatible with the DTW program.
