One off step- From file explorer, Pin the "This PC\Remote Desktop Virtual Drive on RDWebClient" Upload folder to "Quick Access"

Then basically:-

  1. Upload a file using the <Up Arrow> Icon in the environment's toolbar this will put the file in the upload folder
  2. Access the file from the "Quick Access" shortcut for the "Uploads"
