Because you are using a server farm and therefore store the user's profile folders in a profile server you should correct the users profile on the profile server when the user is logged off the server farm.
- Delete the users profile folders from all terminal server machines such that it will be forced to create a completely fresh profile on the terminal servers the next time the user logs on to any of them.
- From the profile server:-
- find the users profile
- clear any files that might be found in the appropriate %temp% folder for the user
- within the users %APPDATA% folder under both "Local" and "Roaming", remove the "SAP" folder completely such that they will be recreated when running the SAP client program.
- Have the user log on to the server farm - the users profile folder should be recreated from the profile server with the TEMP folder empty outside of any files created as part of the logon process. There should also be no SAP folders in the %APPDATA% Local and Roaming folders.
- N.B. When the user starts the SAP application, there should be NO default company to log on to if the above has been completed correctly. If there is then the system is not looking in the appropriate folders to find this information.
